How much does SuiteConnect cost to attend?
Standard conference pricing is $595.
Is there a Group rate if my company is sending more than one person?
Not for SuiteConnect. There is a group pass if you would like to upgrade to a full conference Oracle OpenWorld pass. More information can be found here.
What forms of Payment are accepted and when is the payment due?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as payments for SuiteConnnect conference passes.
What are the cancellation policies?

All cancellations must be received via an email to OpenWorldReg@gpj.com.

  • Full refund: Cancellations must be received by August 18, 2017, 5:00 p.m. PT.
  • 50% refund: Cancellations must be received between August 18 and September 8, 2017, 5:00 p.m. PT.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 8, 2017, 5:00 p.m. PT.
  • Any requests for refunds following the actual event must be submitted by email no later than December 31, 2017, 5:00 p.m. PT.
  • Refunds will not be issued for group pass purchase codes at any time. (Oracle OpenWorld only)
  • Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
  • Refunds will not be given to attendees who do not pick up their badge credentials onsite.
  • If your visa application is denied and you choose to cancel your SuiteConnect, Oracle OpenWorld or JavaOne registration, you still need to adhere to the Cancellation Policy deadlines listed above.
Where do I go to pick up my SuiteConnect badge?
If you will be joining us prior to Wednesday morning, you will need to pick up your badge at Moscone South prior to attending any events. If you are joining us for Wednesday only, you will be able to pick up a badge at the Marriott on the Yerba Buena level.
What do I need to bring with me to check in?
Please be prepared to show a photo ID in order to pick up your conference name badge.

Can I go to any Oracle OpenWorld sessions?
No. Your SuiteConnect pass entitles you to attend SuiteConnect sessions, biztech17 and OpenWorld Keynotes only. If you would like to upgrade your pass, please click here.
Can I go to any SuiteConnect sessions?
Yes! You are welcome to mix and match any of the sessions to fit your agend.

Travel / Hotel

How can I book a hotel room?
The OpenWorld block is now closed. You can book a new reservation within the Housing section of My Account at the current going rate for hotels. Be sure to have your Oracle.com account login details available. Please contact the Oracle OpenWorld help desk if you need additional assistance (contact information below).
When is the last date the Oracle OpenWorld housing team guarantees rooms at discounted conference rates?
Discounted room rates will be offered, based on hotel availability, until September 6, 2017. After this date, rates will be determined by the hotel.
Is there a phone number I can call to reserve a hotel room?
No. Please email OpenWorldReg@gpj.com for any hotel questions.
If I have to cancel my reservation or depart earlier, what is the policy?
Cancellations must be made no less than 72 hours prior to your arrival. Failure to do so will incur a penalty equal to one night's room and tax. If you need to shorten your hotel stay, please do so before August 31, 2017, after this date some hotels may charge you a penalty if you cancel some of the nights from your hotel booking. If you shorten your hotel departure date once you check in, the hotel’s standard early departure fees may apply.
Where do I find shuttle-route information to get to and from my hotel and Moscone Center?
The shuttle schedule will be posted to the Oracle OpenWorld and SuiteConnect transportation page closer to the event.

Where do I go to pick up my SuiteConnect badge?
If you will be joining us prior to Wednesday morning, you will need to pick up your badge at Moscone South prior to attending any events. If you are joining us for Wednesday only, you will be able to pick up a badge at the Marriott on the Yerba Buena level.
What do I need to bring with me to check in at Oracle OpenWorld?
Please be prepared to show a photo ID in order to pick up your conference name badge.
I lost my badge. What do I do?
Conference attendees are required to wear their badge at all times. If you lose yours, please return to the registration counter for a new one. Please note that a $75 restocking fee will apply for lost or replacement badges.
Can I bring a guest?
At this time, Oracle + NetSuite does not allow guests at any of the conference-related activities without a badge.
What is the attire for the conference?
We suggest business casual.
What is the weather like in San Francisco in October?
Weather in San Francisco is usually warm, but it’s always a good idea to dress in layers. Meeting rooms will be cool.
